Immediately notice a strong well water nose. Big aged hop bite up front. Like the other bottle I've had, the cork was itching to jump out and carb is way too high, but I forgive that because it's fine once it sits for a few mins.

Smell. Funky fruity. Taste. Fruity green appels woody nice balance between sour and sweetness. With nice woody Slightly dry finish

Sweet, almost pomegranate notes? Despite the blend, definitely tastes like a Boon gueuze (e.g. Vat series).

It's I'll Drink What The Fuck I Want To Tuesday's. High carbonation. Dry and sweet. Strawberries. Barnyard action of the funky kind. This is superb. Can't wait to have the 2017 next year on my birthday.
