Bone-dry grassy funkiness. Some lemon, with a sort of pithy/rindy rather than juicy taste.

A bit funky, but very fresh. Hints of sulphur in smell and taste, and lots of grassy dryness. I think this would pair perfectly with a good strong cheese.

Wilde fles: de kurk vliegt er vanzelf af. Enorme gusher. Mooie neus, vaste kraag. Licht zurig, appeltjes, stal, met een flinke punch.

Оранжевый с шапкой. Дух: грязная скотина, гниль, абрикос, фрукты, древесина, травы. Плоть: терпкая, вкусит: древесина, земля, лимон с цедрой, пшеница, немного сыра. Послевкусие сладость и виноградные косточки. Это приличные люди такое могут кусь!
