750ml bottle shared 4 ways. Bright citrus, dry hay and oaky white wine with a drizzle of apple juice. Complex funk and minerals with a little more oaky tannins and a sprinkling of white pepper. Apple and tarter lemon juice to the finish.

The driest so far, none dry, and with astonishing hop on the nose. Funky, tart finish, without the peach, just a bit fruity on the palate, yeastier and super carbonated. Would give it another 2-3 years, this is almost too fresh for me.

Puckering and dry with some nutty and earthy notes. Effervescent and semi-sharp. Citrus pith. Difficult to categorise as it obviously is a well put together brew but it doesn't really work for this. Probably better with age.
