Molnigt bärnsten i färg, vitt löddrigt skum, inre fontän av kolsyra i glaset, tryck i flaskan, korken öppnar sig själv! Doft av jordkällare, torkade äpplen. Löddrig, spritzig munkänsla, halvtorrt avslut. Tydligt syrlig smak, elegant, fruktig, vinös, ek.

Puckering and dry with some nutty and earthy notes. Effervescent and semi-sharp. Citrus pith. Difficult to categorise as it obviously is a well put together brew but it doesn't really work for this. Probably better with age.

The driest so far, none dry, and with astonishing hop on the nose. Funky, tart finish, without the peach, just a bit fruity on the palate, yeastier and super carbonated. Would give it another 2-3 years, this is almost too fresh for me.
