The cork hit the ceiling! Lots of tart cherry fruit, cherry pips and skin. The whole fruit. Tart tannic fruit notes linger and coat the palate . Touches of acidity and bitterness. A very fun taste experience

Dark ruby red. Aroma of oak barrels finished it. Sour upfront taste but oak and vanilla finish keeps it mellow overall.
