Zacht, diepe frambozen smaak. Fris, maar niet echt zuur. Iets droog.

Jaren terug (2019) ook gehad in mijn beginnende fase van het speciaalbier drinken. Hogere rating, meer waardering voor andere soorten.

Framboise van Boon met pure chocolade mét frambozen. Omnomnomnomnom! Heel lekker!

A lot of fresh fruit along with a young lambic, and so it tastes. Mostly raspberries, although cherry also comes through. Some subtle funk. Boon describes this beer as the missing link between beer and wine.

Maybe I'm just very thirsty, but this really hits the spot. It's fruity, balanced sweetness and dryness. Not an overpowering amount of fruit with still a delicious lambic backbone

not quite as tart or sour as the cherry equivalent, but very tasty and "dessert" like. what i'm after at this moment.

Sensory Session #117: Cloud, Ruby color and a White head. Raspberry nose, decent sweet. Taste Is tart, fruity, raspberries and Red berries. Very nice Balance.
