Exciting. And deliscious. Intense blackurrant and also burbon. Just a tad peanut. Great experience. Fruit, mead, acid, balanced.

Uncellared - Nose: exactly jam, boubon, peanut. Body: plush carpet. Profile: earthy berry tartness, something tingling along the sides of the tongue like chili but alcholic, too. Aftertaste: berry, peanut, tart; unctuous.

A warming explosion of blackcurrants. Feels like liquor, tastes like sour candy. Yummy. Edit: the peanuts are definitely there.

Aftenens afslutter. "Bourbon Barrel Aged Mead With Blackcurrant And Peanut". Megalækker sag. Kraftig syre og sød smag af solbær. Noget stærkt/fadlagring mærkes også. Peanut fornemmer jeg dog ikke, men still høj klasse.

Solbærmjød med jordnød - fra Mad Scientist. Smag af solbær og honning. Jordnød kun i eftersmagen. MS har styr på deres mjød. Smag og mundfylde leder tankerne hen på Oscar Davidsen solbærrom.

Durva, hogy mi lett ebből, a savanyúság jól passzol a hordóhoz, a földimogyoró az utóízben és az illatban pedig nagyon jó kis kiegészítő.
