Gueuze 100% Lambic Bio (2021) Siirak
Bottled in January. Surpisingly low on carbonation but not completely flat. Citrusy. Hints of vinegar. Woody. Long and bold hoppy and bitter finish. Iselibisev level drink, really can't enough of it.

Super nice roasty and chocolate heavy stout with heavy bourbon foot touching gently your face. I like this good balance between coffee roast and bourbon. Some sharp boozy burn but I can live with it.

Super acetone heavy nose. Acidic. Mineral. Tastes like cheap balsamico. It opens up after some time but still very harsh. Earthy. Mushrooms.

Rosé de Gambrinus (2020) Siirak
Beatiful colour, deep dark pink. Nose is vinegar and citric acid. Pretty dry bone raspberry wine in taste. Woody and herbal, reminds me strawberry straw tea with hibiscus. Sadly, very little vanilla. Interestint for sure.

If you really like raspberry lemonade and don't have any real raspberry lemonade around you, grab this one. Some artificial sweetness, some wheaty notes. Also, a gusher.

One-sided bucketful of bitterness and caramel. Smells like a dead IPA too me. Orange peel and biscuits. Colour of Puke. Bit dat too much caramel to be fully enjoyable.

Frangelic Mountain Brown Siirak
2019. You can't miss this hazelnut flavour. It's in nose, it's in taste. Lot of hazelnuts. Still, kind of artificial feeling, to be honest. And lot of coffee. That weird, sharp and burning metallic taste. I also can feel that burning alcohol. Sharp.
