Still quite nice. Grape has faded a little from what I remember, but it's still got a nice presence. Vinous, funky, tart. Some classic cantillon notes blending nicely here.

That's still lovely. Acidic, tart, a little sweet. Funky musty cantillon notes, dry. Rhubarb has definitely faded, but this still has a really nice balance.

That's held up quite well. Bright, punchy, nice acidity. Rhubarb has faded but still present and subtle. Cantillon musty funk is there but this seems more balanced. Quite nice.

Sweet with strong vanilla flavor. Slightly overpowering, chocolate and coffee is definitely hiding here.

That's very nice. Smooth, low carbonation, lots of flavor. Grapes, raisins, a little tannic, with some definite Belgian funk. Nice blend of flavors.

Still lovely. Tastes like the top floor of the brewery - musty, funky, tannic with a bit of lemon. Dry, yeasty, earthy. Paired very well with some lemon garlic scallops and asparagus.

Celebrating 120 years of cantillon! Rich dark cherry, lots of fruit, funk is present but relatively subdued. Lovely beer, nice to try it fairly fresh!

Nelson Sauvignon / Sauvin Brut hippie
Rich, complex, lots of flavors. Grape and caramel on the nose, taste has a bit less grape but more toffee with hints of Belgian spices. smooth, strong, thick.
