Best fresh vintage of Fou for a long time. Perfectly balanced between jammy stonefruits and acidity. Apricot, peach candy, oak, subtle funk, lemon zest.

Might be the best fresh St Lam I’ve tried. Blueberry, earthy forest berries, lactic acidity (skovbæryougurt), musty apples, hay, wet wood and forest floor.

Clearly very young. Stone fruity and oaky with light funk and no acidity.

Still damn great. Lots of zingy passion fruit in the aroma supported by fresh stone fruits and pineapple. Stone fruit is dominant in the taste with a slightly green note. Lightly bitter and dry finish.
