Første TRIPA med surdej. Vinøs og stærk. 💪😋🍻

Starts off sour and fruity. I get berry notes, especially strawberry. Finishes dry and zesty and with a lot of funk. Pretty enjoyable, although a bit too sour for my taste.

Canned 14Jul21. At first glance, a sour TIPA with Talus doesn't seem like a good idea, and well, it wasn't... Not getting any specific Talus notes, but it's lemony tart with a big, big malty backbone. Low carbonation, near flat. Warming. Not my thing...

A sour TIPA? This was definatly something different. It's sour, yet hoppy and zesty at the same time.

Frisk, frugt, smuk humle duft (ingen smag af humle). Nul skum. God til sommer. Smag af grape. Du smager ikke den er på 10 %!

BBD 14-7-2022 - LCI. Ik moest even wennen na de eerste slok. Ik had niet door dit dit een Sour TIPA is. Bijzonder combinatie. Ik vind TIPA's heel lekker, maar icm een zuurtje is toch nieuw voor mij. Verder hoppig, romig, en bitter in de afdronk.

Wow, actually disappointed with myself that I opened this so late. Delicious, more triple ipas should be sour! Really enjoyed. 👍👍

Odotin tavallista tipaa, olikin jännä kvass sour tipa. Hyvällä tavalla väkivaltainen funkkisuus. Tää vielä tynnyriin niin oltais jo sfääreissä
