Perfect beer while coolshipping a spontaneous wild ale

Nice head right after pouring. Very smooth and soft. Mild funky, grainy. Barnyard funk, cheesy. Bitterish aftertaste that flows into a deep but very gentle sourness. Also very fruity, sometimes very citrussy. So subtle, so rich: perfection.

Idk how to rate this, it's really great but you can definitely taste the age (not in a bad way tho, just like character wise)

The flag bottles have all been less than expected for me. Heavy bitterness, oxidation, sharp metallic notes. Still better than most gueuze but not up to Cantillons standards.

3.85. 37.5 cl. Almost no finish. Short and watery. It aged so fast. Low acidity. Almost no fruitiness. Not bad, just too blank. Sooooooo watery.

From yesterday, had to take a beer to celebrate a really good day 🍻🎉🍻 The beer still had a lovely taste, some tartness.

6/7/13 bottle: Heavy chlorine, Spanish cedar, stone fruit, leather, and slightly oxidized funk. Maybe storage or possible global warming issues. Better as it warmed, but not the best vintage

12/21/13. Fine, but not amazing. Heavy funk, oak, tea, lemon, cat piss, chlorine.

Surprisingly flat, with a funkier nose than I’ve had yet today: florals, grass, citrus. Palate follows, but the relatively lifeless body detracts overall.
