Tosi miellyttävä tuoksu. Vaikea luonnehtia. Pehmennyttä Cantillonin happamuutta. Sylki kyllä irtoaa. Tiettyä mehuisuutta. Ei erityisen funkkista. Hieman kuivaa.

Preferred the last bottle of this we had, but it’s still really nice. Spicy cedar, lemon, gunpowder, Brussels basement, oak, and slightly oxidized funk.

Oh man this is really good. Took a good 30 min to open up. Sooooo funky. Black moldy cork and cap. Guess that's normal for side storage?

This is the definition of #Basementliquid. Musty, dusty, overripe citrus. Still has pretty strong bitterness. Interesting.

Smells sweet and funky, very vibrant with medium carbonation. High funk and a beautiful dryness. Lots of life left in this one, at a great spot right now with so much complexity

2008 sticker. So nice. Soft and lemony, maybe a bit orange. Very low acid, given its age. Held up quite remarkably.

Humlanshare 2.0. 11yo. En flaska gammal nog att hå i mellanstadiet. Dammiha böcker in absurdum. Fortfarande gott, men man blir nästan torr i halsen av allt damm.

Dit is vooral veel bitterder dan je zou denken. Moeilijk om daar voorbij te proeven. Had hier op zich veel meer van verwacht. Had iets zachter mogen zijn

Moest wat openbloeien in het glas. Licht zuurtje, pompelmoes bittertje, maar mist in het algemeen wat punch.
