Very lactic nose, marcipan nose, nice mild carbonation, wild blackberries, little harsh in the back mouth, very elegent.

This is tannic, vinous barrel🍷, fruity red grapes 🍇 with a tad sweetness, slightly funky, absolutely beautiful & close to CLAC on some points, my kind of lambic stuff 👊😋 Bottled 03.12.19

Le travail sur le raisin sort des notes de cerises fraîches acides🍇🔀🍒 même s'il n'y en a pas. La peau de raisin apporte une belle touche tannique 🍷 un délice🤤
