Tart initially, a refined sharpness. The the raspberries come through with great depth, for a long a juicy-raspberry finish.

Extremt sur med tydliga svarta vinbärs toner. Skulle rekommendera att dricka 1 men inte fler då den är väldigt mycket

This one is really tasty. Firstly visually striking with a clear crimson. Medium carbonation, sweet raspberry flavour, followed by the characteristic raspberry tartness. Another to drink slowly but enjoy.

Lambics always score well with me. Not the best I have ever had but I will always accept another pour if it's offered. Fruity, sour, tart, everything you want in a lambic. Plus a pretty cool label.

Big thank you to Kirk for sharing this 2017 bottle with me. Really good fruit lambic with light raspberry flavor lasting forever after the finish. Not too sour…just the right amount of tartness.

Not nearly as sweet as I was expecting. In fact, there’s no sweetness at all. Smells like raspberry jam, tastes like a gueuze. Looks pretty.
