2014 vintage. Solid foundation of funk and raspberry tartness. Even after 6 years, this still drinks incredibly well.

Bottled June 5 2018: Stunning warm raspberry, lemon, honey, a light cheese in the aroma. Strong lactic acidity with some acetic notes that bring the fragile raspberry to life. The berry carries into the mouthwatering finish flooding with more acidity.

Sweet sour raspberries abound! Super refreshing fizzy tartness. Very gentle lambic funk. Seems to lack the classic Cantillon nose I so seek :/ really robust number tho has to be noted.

A much fruity flavour of course and not so sour, even has a reddish colour to it. #brewerytour

This from ages ago - forgot to check it in. I can tell it's extremely well made and I easily drank it all, the taste is great - but the sort of lactic yoghurty tang that hangs around after just isn't something I can truly love.
