2019/2020 Season. Damp cellar funk, berry tannin & pulp, moderate and soft acidity, semi-dry, beautiful balance. Fruit is so well incorporated, let’s the base of the beer really shine. Classic, how fruited mixed culture/spontaneous beer should be done.

13 May 2014. Not usually my favorite ‘loon, but the age has added a sweet-wine vinegar note that is quite pleasant. Second older, side-stored Cantillon in a row that had clearly seen the other side of the cork. Both were great.

Een heel mooi bier die ik velen aan zal raden bij een zoektocht naar een goeie lambiek. Super gebalanceerde geur en de smaak nog beter. Niet te zuur, niet te zoet. Lambiek bier om er nog eens bij te pakken.

Frambuesa a paladas, acidez muy justa, se bebe como refresco, con el maridaje mejora el perfil fruta y sube un poco la acidez, muy muy buena!!!

Robe Bordeaux/grenadine, la mousse tiens plus que sur les autres Cantillon testés. Au nez framboise, cassis, grenade et sucrée. Au goût : acide, liqueur de framboise voir de cassis, mûre bien mûre, les bulles sont plus fines que sur les autres testées
