Couldn’t wait to crack this open. Really compelling flavors punctuated by a strong tartness. Thank you so much for the bday present Alex D. You know it’s gonna be a good beer when it says to drink out of a wine glass. 5/5 beer, 10/5 friendship

Definitely top end fruit lambic.. surtout dans le price range. De la framboise par dessus la tête, très faible acidité, super suave, côté poivre, un peu iodé.

Y para culminar un día histórico, mi primera Cantillon 😍 sueño cumplido. Una locura de birra, aromas a frutos rojos en primerísimo plano, acético alto pero tolerable, te deja salivando y queres más. Le sentí como aceto balsámico del bueno. Inmejorable..

Tart start, smooths into drier champagne brightness with a malt backbone. This is the definition of Respecting The Process. Not sure what’s happening with the label, but This also RTPs. Thank you, Degrooter for importing from Belgium!!!

Wonderfully fruit forward nose, but again so subtle and complex. Aged character, with lots of hay, Meyer lemon, and vanilla.
