Vandaag 2x de rondleiding tijdens de #OpenBrouwdag2023 dus ook 2x de degustaties. Geweldig mooie sessies, naast het standaardverhaal nu ook zicht op het proces, de temperaturen, de vochtigheid, de reuk, alles. Bekende frambozengeuze, iets zuur.

Very natural raspberry scent. Light cloudy pink. Very light sweetness. There's some peculiar spiciness in it: tasty!

Dejo un 4 como calificación porque no soy de frambuesas y no quiero rebajar una puntuación que, por su excelsa elaboración, seguro es bien merecida. Aparenta ser un vino rosado de Cigales pero con espuma y bastante ácido.

All the things. It's almost 20 years since I visited this brewery. Don't often get to try their bees these days. A much more complex fruit beer than you would usually find in Belgium or elsewhere.
