Poured out of bottle as the tap had run dry. Amazing! Sharp, zingy, tart, raspberry, lemon. My palate has changed so much. Wonderful finish to my Cantillon experience.

Nydelig syrlighet, fin søthet etterpå. Som å kjenne søthet i skall etter å ha spist en drue.

Klokkeklar kirsebær uten tillsatt sødme. Kirsebærskall på enden som gir nydelig sylighet.

The atmosphere: the Mikkeller Beer Club boat just came in, and with it a hundred loud guys entered the place 😁 The beer: tart raspberries, some throatburn, sour cherries.

Je suis flabergastée par la joie que me donne les RdG de cette année. Soit que je fus tombée sur des bouteilles trop acide par le passé ou soit que mes papilles ont changé, mais caline que ça clanche toutes les bières aux framboises du monde.
