Mi primera vez. Estoy flipando. Todo lo que debe de tener. Lógicamente frambuesas con vainilla, madera, trigo ácido, con una plenitud dulce equilibrada, con un cuerpo respaldando toda la cerveza, y una sequedad que sigue apoyando a la acidez ligera. Bff

This may be the single most sour beer I’ve ever had. Like a liquid raspberry warhead or something. Was hoping for a little more horseblanket but it’s still pretty terrific.

Not sure how I’ve only checked this in once before. Needed a ‘palate cleanser’ between some imp stouts - suppose this will do… Raspberries all up in my grill. Appreciating the sourness as I drink. Yum 🍻

Couleur magnifique. Profil très fruité et vineux. On retrouve de belles notes de fruits rouges (framboise principalement) avec un joli tanin. Belle acidité type vinaigre. C'est élégant, frais léger et un peu gazeux. Le funk est subtile. Complexe.
