A la brasserie c'était mieux for real. Framboise pas trop fraiche à mon goût. C'est fruité tout de même, et je trouve que la couleur est le plus beau de cette bière

Brassata con ciliegie e lamponi, ma non riesco a distinguerla nettamente dalla Kriek… i lamponi non si sentono quasi per niente

Still new to lambics so not an expert. The fruit was very fresh, not too sweet or over powering.

Rosérot. Riecht nach Himbeeressig. Krasser Geschmack nach Himbeeressigschorle. Speziell. Sehr speziell. Kratzt zu sehr im Hals.

Sterk fruitig met vooral framboos. Zuur op oud hout war helaas snel weg ebt. Mogelijk verschil tussen fles en tap.

Tart start, smooths into drier champagne brightness with a malt backbone. This is the definition of Respecting The Process. Not sure what’s happening with the label, but This also RTPs. Thank you, Degrooter for importing from Belgium!!!
