Showing some age, but carbonation was nice, typical Cantillon mustiness & zest was also there, just had a tad too much oxidation towards the end. Thanks Joel M. for sharing!

still sharper than 04, but upon second revisit grabbing onto mounds more stone fruit when warm, apple cider when cold, personally wanting more funk

Veronica got off work early so I was able to head over the hill for the scraps. So stoked this was available. A little more acidic than ideal but dang this funk is just ridiculous. Some burnt tire. Bright and musty. Delicious!

Oaky, mushroomy, basementy nose; citrusy, funky, creamy taste. Exceptionally well aged.

Lukt nästan lite tungt vitt vin . Smak satan här snackar vi komplexitete, inte så sur men något helt annat. Aprikos men sen finns det lite jordkällare i bakgrunden. Det kanske kan bli bättre men inte mycket

Aging did wonders for this. Funk nose hits you with the first sip, sour front paler, fruity/tangy/cotton candy sugar mid palet, and a lingering barnyard funk in the finish. Wow 😍
