HCI. Found this old photo from just over ten year ago while clearing out my photoreel and suddenly realised this was the day that changed my life beer-wise. Ordered it not knowing what I was in for, was shocked and blown away by it. Love at first sip.

Showing why Cantillon make the benchmark lambic. So much flavour and so balanced. Taste and smell 100.

Je ne sais pas l'année, mais ma dernière bouteille achetée à la SAQ était sans faille, extraordinaire, meilleure que mes St-Gilloise, Iris, Bru, etc.

2013 in the back of the fridge. Copper color with a tart fruit nose. More tart than sour, and age has mellowed both. Subtle fruit notes. Effervescent. This aged very well.

Comes served in a cool pouring basket. Perfect for Berlin while I’m in my Berlin era. 10/10 would drink again. 🧺

Bouteille datée du 13 septembre 2011 conservée depuis son achat chez Cantillon. Ouverture impeccable. Belle mousse blanche. Robe jaune cuivrée trouble. Nez vif fruité. Bouche vive, acidulée, notes de pommes et fruits secs, finale sèche longue peu amère.

Unreal. These guys are so fucking unique and dialed in. Nothing else on the planet tastes like their beers period. I think this is a 2018

2015. Amazing. Flavors of peach and grandma's attic. Cheers, Chris.
