Cuanto esperamos esto 😭 una felicidad en cuarentena. Además de lo obvio de los bichos, un aroma fuerte a lemongrass, a pasto fresco, algo terrozo y naranja. En boca muy redonda, hay un amargor antes de la acidez agradable, cítrica y demasiado facil tomar

This is hardly a check-in beer. But I post this to salute the 120th birthday of the brewery, founded this day in 1900 in its present site. This 2013 bottle has tempered acidity, fantastic depth of cider and citrus notes, a touch of oxidation.

Bulles fines, mousse quasi inexistence laissant une légère empreinte sur le verre. Une senteur riche mêlant acidité et douceur. Un goût rafraîchissant, explosion en bouche, une longueur maîtrisée, à déguster longtemps et sans modération !..

One of my favourite gueuze. This one is still from 2020. I prefer it 1 to 2 years older. Already very complex, but not as complex as an older one. Barnyard, hay, sour, wild, yeasty, dry, tart, complex,..... almost perfection

What can I say. If Autumn had a taste, it would be this. It's almost poetic. If I close my eyes I'm suddenly taking a walk in a park with leaves falling down. Very earthy with a hint of rotten apple. Love it.

Mi rendo conto solo ora di non averla mai recensita.. Tra le top 5, senz'altro la prima che mi ha fatto scoprire le acide. Semplicemente Cantillon, acidità spiccata e gasatura perfetta. Facendola scaldare arriva la il legno e il luppolo "vecchio". TOP
