Embouteillée en 2019. Notes de cuir, d'étable, de raisin blanc. Très fines bulles mais qui pétillent beaucoup, c'est doux et aigre à la fois, ça évoque le cidre aussi. Très fin avec beaucoup d'arômes, que c'est bon.

RB backup. Sep 29 2014. 375ml bottle from Chez Sophie. Pours light gold with slight haze. Aroma is bright and colourful, taste is hugely complex with berries, spice, vanilla, sour and a constantly evolving sweetness with a dry finish. Mesmerising gueuze.

After lots of (good) pretenders today, here's the real sour deal. Lovely smooth, almost malty sourness. Excellent.

그동안 쓰던 언탭드 계정이 날라갔다. 찾을 수 없다. 슬프지만 깐띠용 처음 먹어 본 기념으로 새 계정 만들었다. 삼분수보다 깊고 진한 맛은 덜하지만, 달콤새콤시큼한 다양한 맛이 있다. 2020년 8월 병입. 깊지는 않지만 시큼새콤한 맛이 일품이다.

Eigentlich trinke ich im Urlaub ja nur lokale Biere. Bei Cantillon von Fass muss ich da aber eine Ausnahme machen. Zum Niederknien!
