Picnic in the park in Munich. Lovely lambic. Tart, smooth. Perfect for washing down Döner & snacks. Hay & barnyard funk on the nose. Great acidity & mouthfeel.

Such a classic. Nice and tart without being too acidic or overpowering. It’s like drinking from an orchard. Sour apples, lemons, and white grapes.

My first up birthday beer, 2020 edition. Sour acidity, apple is the most prominent flavour but really it is just perfect sour beer goodness.

First Cantillon! Nose: funk, stinky cheese, sausage?, honeysuckle, lt hay. Body: waves of alternating sour and sweet citrus/honey. ⬇️
