It doesn’t get much better than this. Although time might have something to say about that. Unmistakably Belgian, slight fruity funk, pear, honey, and apricot. It’s golden, thin top, most subtle lace, and the depth and intrigue to last all night.

Eh oui c'est acide mais raffiné, acétique, pompe aigre, avec un côté miel d'acacia. Le fruité revient, fruit blanc et un peu fleur de sureau. Un délice

Swap beer #3! Donker goudgeel bier met een wit schuimlaagje. Zurige/appelige geur. Smaak is even wennen, maar kan dit wel waarderen. Zurige en fruitige (appelige) smaak met sprankelend mondgevoel (ciderachtig?). Met gistdepot lijkt de smaak iets zachter.
