So jammy still. Loads of cinnamon and almond as well, drier but otherwise in the same playground as usual, which I love.

Just wow. The epitome of aged kriek. A: vanilla, oak, schaarbeekse. T: Full bodied, cherry sour candy, cinnamon. AT: cinnamon bomb, sour cherry mead, long finish. Fruited lambic of the year for me! Fuck yes. Long live the king

So, we finally bought a house. Celebratory beer. Gently cellared since release. Both the cherry and the tartness held up incredibly well. Lots of leather and barnyard. Superb.
