Lou Pepe, bryggd 2007, ekfatslagrad med Schaerbeek-körsbär i två år. Köpt på Cantillon i Bryssel 2010, legat i kylen sedan dess. Rutten kork, full kolsyra och fin röd färg. Lite tunn/vattnig, men bra syra och bärsmak.

Thanks Barry. I preferred the 05 we had in VT last FoFa, but this has some nice sour cherry, old wood, lemon, and more vintage oak.

Hier proef je echt de leeftijd. Mooie neus. Wat stoffig. Mooi om dit te kunnen proeven. Schaarbeekse kriek komt er nog vol uit.

TBT: Monks Cellar Dinner with Simz. (4/10/12). Sour cherry, cranberries, cinnamon stick yankee candle, perfume, lavender, and maybe some fresh cotton in nose. Green grape, dark cherry, and oak. 🍒 🙏🏻

Wouaw. Moins fruitée que la 2017 mais aussi moins acide, plus sur les noyaux de cerise, un peu poussiéreux, quasi vieux vin
