Lou Pepe, bryggd 2007, ekfatslagrad med Schaerbeek-körsbÀr i tvÄ Är. Köpt pÄ Cantillon i Bryssel 2010, legat i kylen sedan dess. Rutten kork, full kolsyra och fin röd fÀrg. Lite tunn/vattnig, men bra syra och bÀrsmak.

Hier proef je echt de leeftijd. Mooie neus. Wat stoffig. Mooi om dit te kunnen proeven. Schaarbeekse kriek komt er nog vol uit.

Wouaw. Moins fruitée que la 2017 mais aussi moins acide, plus sur les noyaux de cerise, un peu poussiéreux, quasi vieux vin

Thanks Barry. I preferred the 05 we had in VT last FoFa, but this has some nice sour cherry, old wood, lemon, and more vintage oak.

Just wow. The epitome of aged kriek. A: vanilla, oak, schaarbeekse. T: Full bodied, cherry sour candy, cinnamon. AT: cinnamon bomb, sour cherry mead, long finish. Fruited lambic of the year for me! Fuck yes. Long live the king
