Just wow. The epitome of aged kriek. A: vanilla, oak, schaarbeekse. T: Full bodied, cherry sour candy, cinnamon. AT: cinnamon bomb, sour cherry mead, long finish. Fruited lambic of the year for me! Fuck yes. Long live the king

So, we finally bought a house. Celebratory beer. Gently cellared since release. Both the cherry and the tartness held up incredibly well. Lots of leather and barnyard. Superb.

TBT: Monks Cellar Dinner with Simz. (4/10/12). Sour cherry, cranberries, cinnamon stick yankee candle, perfume, lavender, and maybe some fresh cotton in nose. Green grape, dark cherry, and oak. 🍒 🙏🏻

Hier proef je echt de leeftijd. Mooie neus. Wat stoffig. Mooi om dit te kunnen proeven. Schaarbeekse kriek komt er nog vol uit.
