Bought at Seven Seasons. Raj (Mirens dad) paid for it: But I don't think he 'actually' knew what he was buying! I just put a glass of it in front of him... He seemed to like it... But that's another box ticked! Bloody expensive tho... But who cares?

Acidic, white grape, lemon, wheat, some interesting aromas at first that aired out: cheese, dank, some hints of other fruitiness, hazy yeast colored, mostly tart, good stuff

Супер кислый вкус, который раскрывается не сразу. Поэтому смело делаешь большой глоток, а когда понимаешь свою ошибку, уже поздно. Мимикой в этот момент можно соперничать с Джимом Керри. То есть отличный гёз!

Helt utrolig flot øl. Balancen var ud over det sædvanlige. Masser af gang i den, og laaang eftersmag, samtidig med at øllet buldrede ved det mindste snif. En sand fornøjelse. Næsten lidt mælk. Og så lidt let spicy. Måske fad?

Unlike any beer, not just sour, that I’ve tried before. Sour Belgian Champagne comes to mind when trying to describe this.
