Held onto this for the end of my MBA...7 y.o. bottle - simply incredible. Funky blue cheese, effervescent, apricot, peach, ginger lemon, mild acidity, dry.🍻

Fruity apple-like aroma, with lime-like acidity. Clean on the palate, with surprisingly mild acidity. Fruity apple-like sweetness with a hint of earthy, beetroot-like nuances. Fresh and drinkable on the back palate.

Acide lactique fort présent en première bouche. Odeur et bouches faisant penser aux fruits exotiques: surtout passion Robe très clair et limpide classique des gueuzes.
