Degustatie na de rondleiding tijdens de #OpenBrouwDag2023. Bekende geuze, zachtzuur, verfrissend, licht bitter. Het koelschip met uitdampende lambiek-wort is een ervaring op zich. Geweldig !

Credit where credit is due. Amazing, custard smooth, crème brûlée, deep, dark-honey-woody, without a sharp, puckering, acidic bone in its body. Tender. Graham crackers, rye bread, Persian🍋, French vanilla ice cream, containing multitudes. 4.625 🌟

A sweet, smooth, sour, tarty, watery, bitter, acidic and dry scent. A smooth, juicy, grape, funky, acidic, tarty, bitter, sweet and dry aftertaste.
