The brett is checking in here, strongly announcing its presence, definitely in a stage where the brett is at the forefront and the stonefruit/citrus acidity i usually associate with this is in the background. Fun aged goozie.

目前喝过最好喝的贵兹。$37/750ml。闻香，淡淡的酵母臭味，但并不刺鼻，像是被其他味道裹挟着。淡淡的清香，有一些白色水果的酸味，像是酸李子，同时有一般酸啤都有的水果酸感。入口，前段是酵母臭味，中后段到收口是爆炸性的水果酸味，复杂而浓郁，莓果类的味道非常明显。收口的味道非常浓郁丰富，层层递进，与其他的贵兹完全不同，有着白色水果的酸感和淡淡的酵母味。总体乳酸感非常浓郁，酒体喝起来比较清冽，但是在舌根的位置始终有着丰富的泡沫感和杀口感，让人喝起来感觉酒体有一定的厚重感。唇齿留香，与众不同。

贵滋大横评！ cantillon！够老牌 瓶盖是软木塞式的！拧了半天… 闻 开瓶是一股兰比克专属的或腐朽或沉淀或神奇的味道奔涌而来 然后慢慢散去 又回到水果酸 三泉的那股子味道 但是酸味好像更淡更或有或无 温度上升之后慵腐的味道又多一些 主打一个朦胧吧 看 似乎更接近蜂蜜一些 细密的泡沫会在杯壁画一个漂亮的白圈 上下轻轻摇晃还能看到细密的小气泡往上冒 可以想象瓶中发酵的很好 从瓶子和倒出来看康比泉泡沫多一些 入口 酒体感觉没那么干 比三泉厚但说不上厚
