Dry with light effervescent little bubbles and light vitamin c flavour. I understand why this brewery is the gold standard for lambics and Gueuze.

Fruity apple-like aroma, with lime-like acidity. Clean on the palate, with surprisingly mild acidity. Fruity apple-like sweetness with a hint of earthy, beetroot-like nuances. Fresh and drinkable on the back palate.

Credit where credit is due. Amazing, custard smooth, crème brûlée, deep, dark-honey-woody, without a sharp, puckering, acidic bone in its body. Tender. Graham crackers, rye bread, Persian🍋, French vanilla ice cream, containing multitudes. 4.625 🌟
