After learning about the process of making gueuze at Cantillon, I’m even more impressed with these beers. Tart but not overly so. Great balance and complexity. Love it.

2nd post tour taster. Magnificent 👌

Very smooth. Light sour flavor that has a crazy smooth finish. Yeasty and oak notes take over the finish. This beer looses some sourness as it opens.

Just wow. Sour, yet smooth. Complex, yet balanced. Had after the tour.

That is just about perfect. Thanks Jim or Chris, I forgot who gave this to me 🤣

Tart funky nose, w/ a body that’s sour, tart, dry, and super effervescent. Finishes fruity and dry, w/ fantastic aged flavor. This is the 2022-2022 bottling, and I’m going back for more to cellar. SO worth the wait to finally get to drink!!!

First Cantillon gueuze (I believe) since Sam's gift. Wonderful!

Classic Lambic at the source. Hay aroma with complex flavor- more acidic than the still cask Lambic.
