One from the cellar. I did detect a very slight mustiness at the start so perhaps that's a lesson to keep the cork wet. However I have to say that the balance between the fruit and the sour was excellent. It helps that I'm a huge fan of cherry and lambic

Untappd recommended taste description words sour, tart, sweet and dry? That's a full house! 😀 What a treat to find this beauty here on tap. It's like someone has taken the best sour cherries, enhanced and refined them, and made something divine!

Another fruity sour, this time the fruit is further in the back so a little more subtle. Yummo, could drink this one all day!

Incredible finish. Cherry start isn't as distinctive or individual as some of the local cherry expressions but the dessery, almost cake like finish is neato completo.

This is bottled on November 19, 2020. Nice sour and nutty lambic but fresh cherry notes were little bit diminished. I can say it is a well balanced kriek lambic.

Sweeter than the Gueuze and the Lambic. Definite cherries, ever present slight sourness. The best of the three!
