De dag goed beginnen in Brussel. Damn. 2 jaar oude Lambiek met druivenpulp gelagerd voor 4 maanden op bamboe. Druif. Funky. Mooi zuur is niet vies.

Cudowne, aromat rozkłada na łopatki. Kwiaty, różane klimaty, dużo lekkości, no piękne.

Wine > Lambic. Very wine heavy, especially the mouthfeel- slightly over powers the lambic

this is fantastic. it's both intensely grape and light at the same time. must be the uniqueness of the dried grape pomace.

Interesting approach to a grape lambic. Probably would prefer regular Vigneronne though.

This is apparently a polarizing beer, but I loved it. It was dry but mouthwatering, and the grape to it had lots of the wine-like but hints as well of citrus, raisin, and prominent funk.
