De lo mejor que he probado de esta gente, de la que no soy muy fan la verdad. En esta al menos el suave toque a albaricoques logra contener la acidez y hace que resulte fácil de beber. No obstante, muy cara para lo que ofrece

Incredible. Light funk but vibrant and perfect acidity. Unfortunately corkscrew was broken and had to improvise after wrapping all day

A standout Fou vintage. More so than recent years, apricot seems so fresh & so juicy. Merry Xmas you beery animals!

Massive apricot, vanilla and minimal funk. Apricot jam, white grapes and lemon, followed by peach and more sticky apricot. Finishes with tart gooseberry and more sweet peaches. Really lovely to have minimal funk and let the fruit shine through. 2020 cork

An upshot of 2020 has been amazing beer abundant outside the brewery, this being one of them. It's been a couple years since I've had it, the apricot is big but balanced with incredible depth of lambic. Almost wine-like, acidity is pleasant. Well rounded.

One of the fruitiest Fous in recent years. At the cost of cantillon funk. Simpler, but more fruit. Whether you love this or not will depend on what you like.

Fantastisk flaska! Fou kan svaja, men detta är en rak frukthöger. Fullmogna aprikoser, solvarma och saftiga. Nästan överslag in i persikosötma. Lätt kompletterande skalbeska. Låg syrlighet sufflerar övriga toner. Inget elakt eller bråkigt. Wow!😍
