Fajnie morelowe, kwaskowe, stajni i derki nie tak duzo. Lekla nuta lactobacillus, białe winogrona. W smaku morele tez mocno, nie za kwaśne, super zbalansowane, mega pijalne. Bardzo dobre.

Pours with a modest white head that doesn’t last. Nose is very fruit-forward, with a soft funk. Palate follows, and it really blows my mind how soft and integrated Cantillon’s fruiteds are compared to other lambic producers. This is so easy to drink.

Noses of funky yeasty apricot fun. Proper lip puckering, apricot tartness. Drinks so easily too. Definitely lives up to the hype.

Around a year on since I had it on draft. Still very fruit forward, but more of the apricot than the sweet apricot yoghurt. Nice amounts of oak linger too. Not much development on funk. Nice, but one of my least favourite seasonals now.
