Tasting great and definitely makes a difference drinking it at cellar temperature. Lovely subtle apricots, such a great fruit for a lambic and definitely one my go to favourites.

4.375 - amazing peach nose, more clearly defined on keg than in a bottle. Light, tart, lightly sweet. Irrespective of the aroma it is, however, too watery, lacks complexity. Great under the sun.

Even in the crappy growler, this one is really good. Maybe lacks a bit in complexity, but nothing is wrong and fruitiness is just explosive. Pretty good vintage. 4.4.

Bucket list bier en het stelt niet teleur. Volle en sappige abrikoosjes aangevuld met typerende funk. Heerlijk.

Sunday freshie. 2020 big on the fruit, nicely sharp and funky around the edges. Big foam which dissipated quickly.
