Un facile 4.75. L'abricot shine vraiment. Belle acidité. Toute en finesse. Le nez me fait penser à des peach rings. Vraiment excellente.

4.15. Totally different from what I had before as a draft. Sour and floral. Osmanthus on nose, less apricot and peachy compared with my memories. Not so smooth but good.

(Aug 2020). Geur van abrikozen sterk aanwezig. Zachte smaak van abrikozen(schellen). Zuren minder scherp. Rabarber. Zelf tikkeltje zoet. Houtachtige stalsmaak weinig aanwezig.

Rocznik 2019. Kwaśne, brzoskwiniowe, mało „lambikowe“ (stajnia gdzieś majaczy po kilku łykach dopiero), za to przyjemnie ściągające.

Une référence ! Au nez c’est très abricot. En bouche l’attaque est assez douce puis on pet sur acidité franche. Le cuir et l’écurie nous rejoignent en fin de bouche avec un résidu abricoteux. Magnifique !

Aroma is sour with distinct notes from peaches. Taste is sour peaches with obvious Brett notes of sweaty leather and stables. Dry
