Aroma, amazing. Like ripping open a super ripe apricot and sticking your nose into it. Touch of funk. Cobblerish. Taste, for me, is less sweet. Funk and tartness come through. Somewhat dry. Lovely sour.

Spontan with apricots. Second time with this. Picked it up in a Madrid bar and pretty much guzzled it last time. From hopduvel this time so a steady session at home. Bottled in aug 2022 and recommended drink within year which is unusual for a lambic.

Piękne piwo na piękną okazję! Wyraźne morele i brzoskwinie w aromacie, w tle kwiatki i trawa/łąka. W smaku kwaśno, brzoskwiniowo-morelowo-cytrynowe, trochę pestkowe, z posmakiem słodu/kwaśnego chleba. Mniam!

As far as FF goes, this was so great (especially considering on draft)! Tons of fruit without too much acidity. Decent funk too

2021 - drinking in between with the flavor of fresh but developing the aged tartness. Very nice

Sweet stone fruit right up front. Just enough tartness and a dry finish. Fantastic.

bracingly tart, dry, slightly sweet, fruity, and wonderful all around. few things are more beautiful in this life than the mouthwatering yeasty aftertaste of a good lambic
