What a difference 9 years makes. Had this for the first time with Jeff Dino F. Joshua S. at Novare. Didn’t appreciate it back then. Quite a treat to finally have it again.

Laatste vakantie avond. Rest slaapt al, maar zag deze op tap op kwartiertje lopen. Loop hier graag blokje voor om, perfecte volle perziksmaak, toptent, perfecte afsluiter!

The second highest rated beer in production in Europe. I was very excited to find this one in Poland, but honestly, the price and the rating are too high. It’s good, it has that expensive lambic taste, sour, dry and tart, also with apricot aftertaste 🇵🇱

久しぶりのフフン、樽で飲めるのヤバイw フルーツ系のサワーはそんなに好みでないの多いけど、これは改めて飲んでも好き。度数そこまで高くないのに熟成感がすごくて、ランビックならではのカビ感(表現悪いけどそうとしか言えない！w )あって、やっぱりランビックは素晴らしいなと思える味。来てよかった飲んでよかったありがとうカンティヨン。

美味しい！飲む前からの香り含め、アプリコット感強し。18〜20ヶ月熟成したサワーにぶち込んだらしい。軽く飲みやすい雰囲気もあるが、しっかりぱいすー。
