Puuh schwierig zu bewerten. Lambic echt nicht meine Baustelle. Sehr säuerlich, fruchtig. Bei untappd über 4,5 in der Durchschnitts-Wertung.

Smells and tastes like apricot vinegar. Farmyard notes (not a bad thing). I get what it's trying to do but 🤷

Cantillon Fou Foune 2022 Apricot, nectarine, mushroom, slightly bitter finish, firm acidity, slight bubbles, the overall is a particularly open aroma expression of fruit Lambic, almost interesting body, otherwise very good～

A super hard sour to find in bottle, let alone on draught. The back of your tongue will dance from the sourness. Soft apricot flavors. Quite special. I'm transported back to Belgium.

Apricot lambic is a good match. Not overwhelming tart, dry finish.

Hazy peach juice colour... earthy apricot aroma... smooth apricot taste... so nice! Thanks to Cary and April from Cleveland.

Nog een keer de 2020, maar dan een flinke poos verder dan de vorige keer. Nog steeds genieten. Ik hou echt van dit bier. Nog net niet huilen.
