What a nice surprise, showed up at proper hop, thanks for the heads up Patrick! Slightly funky with wine and apricot. Just delicious. Did not have to fly to brussels this time

Un bon vomi mais précis, la levure te met bien. Un gros sous-bois avec de l'acide partout.

Albicocca acerba, accenno di mandorla amara, un sour non troppo sparato ma comunque presente, astringente.. una delle sour migliori che ho assaggiato finora

Nez abricot où les notes fermières, plus discrètes, s'invitent à la fête. En bouche, attaque sur la peau d'abricot, avec un côté noyau, abricot à peine mûr. Carbo moyenne, fines bulles, corps souple, pas aqueux non plus. Sec. Acidité râpeuse finale. Top.

Définitivement une des meilleurs lambic au abricot. Goût très intense d'abricot et de noyaux, une pointe un peu vegetal, et une fin rappelant le fruit rouge (camerise, canneberge?)

Super good. Nice fruit notes on the front end. Dry mild tartness. Super drinkable.

Not my usual style of beer at all. But damn, I really enjoyed it. The carbonation is so fine, the head looked like a layer of silt. Super dry finish, very sour. Not much funk. Very fresh bottle though. Amazing stuff

Lci. Mij geen 2 keer het eten laten bepalen op nen teamdag. OF WEL. Pizza die smelt op de tong, en de restjes spoelen we weg met deze godendrank. Collega's laten kennis maken met het betere/beste werk. Kwestie van hen al cadeautips te geven
