3000 dégustation sur une fou'foune c'est pas beau ça ? Maitrise parfaite de Cantillon comme toujours ! L'abricot est très discret, mais que c'est bon et acidulée ! Un régal, partagé en bonne compagnie !

Sadly I missed what vintage this was but overall the best beer of the day. Tart and funky that gives way to an almost candied apricot fruit sweetness. Such a treat!

Naso elegante, albicocca, pesca, floreale. Sorso molto equilibrato, fruttata, bella bollicina che pulisce e chiusura con un acidità bilanciatissima. Altro capolavoro di Cantillon!
