Mocno kwaśne, rześkie, dużo brzoskwiń, mirabelki i owoce, cytrynowy, dość mało stajni i dzikości. Im cieplejsze tym więcej dzikich nut. 2021

Powerful and beautiful smell of Apricots. Surely I can smell the sour-touch miles away, but generally it’s a very nice smell. Taste is…. bloody sour, and despite a fruity reference point it is VERY much on the edge for me.

Harto bichito, harta madera, frutal, acético y Brett, algo frutal/dulce pero super leve. Refrescante/ligera, liviana, acidez fuerte pero no molesta, carozo de durazno y ligeeeeero dulzor

Beyond comparison in my opinion. The perfect balance of sweetness, sour, and salinity all woven together to absolute perfection. In a world of adjunct everything, this is so simple…yet has much more depth in every way. If only I could buy more

Lo mejor de la noche, olor a Durazno, en boca acida pero con presencia de la fruta, tomabilidad a morir. Fácil se puede tomar una botella entre uno solo.
